• Only one RV per site.    

• Rates are based on two people per site.

• For additional adults or children, a nightly fee of $5 per person per night will be charged.

• Maximum of 4  people per site.​

• Monthly  Stays - $500 to $600 per month + electricity used(Includes water & sewer & Wi-Fi)

  • Accomodation Taxes charged for 90 days

  • Requires deposit of $100

  • No reservations shorter than 1 month

• RV  washing is $10  per occurrence.

• Site cleaning fees start at $20 and go up.  Please leave your site like you'd like to find your next site.

• Cancellation Policy:  Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation.  If you can't honor your reservation, you may cancel up to 14 days before the start of your reservation and a full refund will be issued, less a $25 processing fee.  Cancellations on day 13 through the day the reservation begins will result in no refund for the site fee. If this occurs, only the deposit will be refunded.

• Refunds will not be given for early checkout .
